So far, 9th grade has been AWESOME and being in the marching band at AHS has been one of the coolest things I've ever done. I'm in it with Niara and a bunch of other amazing people, and I can say without a doubt that it's a truely amazing experience Marching season is almost over, though, which kind sucks...
I know that most of the people at Hopewell are going to MHS, not AHS, but I still suggest you join marching band anyway. It's so awessommeeee. 8th Grade Symphonic Band, I'm talking to you!
Oh, and of course I need to thank Ms. Murphy for being such an awesome band director through middle school. You've gave me so much support, and you encouraged me to do band in high school. I can't possible thank you enough for what you've done
Hey, guys!
My name is Niara, and I am currently a 9th grader at Alpharetta High School. I just wanted to sign this guestbook once again...I've always liked this guestbook. (Hi, Ms. Murphy!)
I also want to say to ALL the band members that PRACTICING IS SUUPPEERR IMPORTANT, and that by the end of the school year, you should all get to know your scales. Scales become VERY important in Band, so I suggest you start practicing NOW. Yes, I mean pick up your instrument RIGHT NOW. But don't worry, Band is also VERY FUN!!! You should SERIOUSLY consider doing marching band in high school...it's SO worth everything! Just a little advice and encouragement before you continue Band in high school (because I KNOW you WILL)...
Bye! (P.S.-- I miss Ms. Murphy and everyone from Hopewell! Do well, guys! )
Oops!
Oops, you forgot something.
